This is the toughest ribbon to win because the entire club competes. All attendees present one- to two-minute impromptu speeches on surprise topics.

Toastmasters meetings often have themes, and tonight's theme was "Eye Contact".  Paul won special mention as having the best "Eye Contact" of the evening.
